Lodge Brothers West Byfleet were thanked by staff and pupils of St Hugh of Lincoln Primary School in St Johns Woking for restoring their statue of “Our Lady” to its former glory.

The staff at Lodge Brothers in West Byfleet built a wonderful window display to mark Fathers’s Day last weekend.
Included in the display were gardening utensils, sports equipment, even a bridal veil and numerous display boards asking us to reflect on what our Fathers have done for us and taught us over the years.

Lodge Brothers in West Byfleet recently conducted the funeral of the late Frank Williams, who was a retired Fire Officer.
The funeral procession was accompanied by two fire engines, one vintage and one modern-day, and the coffin was draped with a flag and topped with a vintage metal fire helmet.
The family commented on how thrilled they were to be able to give him the send off he deserved.

On 31st October, The Church of the Good Shepherd in Pyrford held a ‘Light Fantastic’ service. Afterwards, refreshments were served and the congregation moved on to the grounds of Pyrford Primary School, where they were treated to a wonderful firework display which was sponsored by Lodge Brothers in West Byfleet and Dragon Fireworks.

Annie Mackender, our funeral arranger at West Byfleet, was inspired by recent World War I window displays, and wanted to do something to commemorate Remembrance Day, marking the end of the war at the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month.

One of our local Churches, Church of the Good Shepherd recently held a “Celebrations Flower Festival” to commemorate 50 years since the Church opened.
Lodge Brothers had pride of place in the foyer and the arrangement had the 1st World War theme.
