For the second year running J.Monk & Sons, Guildford’s family run funeral directors, have hosted a Carol Service of Remembrance at the URC Church, Guildford. The service was held for families who, over the last twelve months or so, have lost a loved one in the area.

G. Boutell, local family run funeral directors of Byfleet, Surrey, have hosted a Carol Service of Remembrance at the Byfleet Village Hall. The service was held for families who have recently lost a loved one.

Lodge Brothers Ashford Branch has won the award for “Best Dressed Christmas Tree” in Ashford. The competition runs hand in hand with Ashford on The Map, which Beverley Lodge (Director), Richard Leachman (Manager) and Kate Thulborn (funeral arranger) took part in by supplying mince pies, cupcakes and mulled wine in the freezing cold.
