Lodge Brothers hosted a Christmas Service of Remembrance in St Mary Oatlands Church, Weybridge for clients past & present across the region to remember their loved ones at this special time of year.

On the 31 December 2013, Lodge Brothers, Esher handled the funeral of T/L Hugh Arnold, who was 92 and who won a DSC during the raid on St Nazaire in 1942.

On Sunday 2nd March, a memorial concert was held at the Fairfield Halls, Croydon, to celebrate the life of Derek Watkins, a musician who played on every James Bond soundtrack. This would have been his 69th birthday.
The concert was held to raise funds for Sarcoma UK, a small charity which researches the rare disease Mr Watkins died from in 2013.

Each year, a Christmas Tree is put up in Lodge Brothers Esher branch to enable the public to place a card in memory of a loved one whether they have used our services or not.

Lodge Brothers in Esher were proud to direct the funeral of local trumpet hero Derek Watkins yesterday. Derek passed away at the end of March, after a 2year battle with Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, with his wife, children and close family at his side.
