Dear Judy, First of all, I would like to thank you for all of your hard work and diligence in looking after ***** and myself through this process.  You can be well assured that I cannot praise you or your work highly enough.  While outside issues might have made this a more stressful experience, I never felt anything except well looked after by you, so thank you very much for that.  Judy, You did your job amazingly, so please feel free to send this to your manager. If he wants a verbal reference of how good you are he can ring me as well.  Thank you for everything.
