Dear Sandra, I would like to express my thanks to you and all your colleagues for the way you ran the funeral of my father, all the arrangements went along perfectly and we even had sunny weather.  We wanted the day to be one for giving thanks for our father’s long life rather than being sad that he is no longer with us and with your help we achieved this.  We have been treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire process and by all the members of your team.  Thank you again.
