Anne and I wanted to say a more personal thank you for organising ***’s funeral. From the time I rang in the late evening to say I needed your help everything was done to make things easy and well organised. Susan in the Englefield Green office was very kind and Richard who was in charge on the day was lovely & so supportive.  Thank you very much for all your help.
