I just want to thank you, Richard and the team for the wonderful way that you dealt with all the arrangements.  It was the little things that meant so much to us, the dignity that was shown to Dad in all the proceedings and we felt he had been very well taken care of.  I know that Dad would have been thrilled with everything.
