Thank you for the kind and sensitive support

Dear Ann, I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the kind and sensitive support to the family following Mum’s death and cremation. I would recommend your office without hesitation to my friends.  I would also like to thank you for putting me in touch with Malcolm Cook who was extremely supportive during the whole process and delivered a service that we felt best served us to say farewell to Mum and allowed the Grandchildren in particular to take an active part.
