Thank you for making Mum’s funeral so personal and special.

Dear Susan, I know I haven’t spoken to you but I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did to make Mum’s Funeral so personal and special.  I would also like you to pass on my thanks to Quentin, who saved the day and stepped up to carry out Mum’s service at the last minute.  What a lovely kind Gentleman he is and I can honestly say he saved the day.  Please can you pass on my sincere thanks because I can honestly say he’s a diamond and youv’e been an Angel.
