I would like to thank you Ken and your team for doing a superb job for *******. The organisation of *******’s funeral was really well done; from the first phone call to the funeral. You made a very difficult and very emotional afternoon much less fraught than it could have been. Your team were very polite and showed great consideration to the family and friends on the day.
