Thank you again, Kim, for all that you have done

Dear Kim,

Please forward my thanks to all the men who looked after us yesterday. I did thank Adrian and the gentleman who drove the limousine but did not have the chance to speak to the gentlemen who were in charge of the hearse. We thought they were very courteous, considerate and kind men.

Thank you again, Kim, for all that you have done. We are very grateful to you and I know my aunt would be too, and very impressed at your kindness, care and efficiency.　 Even though the reason for us meeting is a sad one, I am very happy and relieved that we have met.
