My family and I wish to thank you for helping us through a most difficult time following the loss of a dear husband and father.  We are sure he would have approved of the way you carried out his wishes.  We were particularly pleased by the way all was conducted in a quiet and dignified manner but allowing for a lightness of touch when remembering the special qualities ***** possessed, making us all smile at happy memories.  In this we must compliment you on your choice of Celebrant who was matched perfectly with our family.  Malcolm Cook took great care to get to know us and to include details and memories we wished to have mentioned.  All present were impressed by his ability to guide us through a stressful time with sympathy and understanding.  It was a pleasure to meet members of your staff and we thank them all.
