Dear Tom and Kate,  Many thanks for organising my mother’s funeral yesterday.  The two gentlemen who came with us in the limo, (Steve and Richard I think) were excellent.  They very quickly assessed the right tone for our family, were discreet, calm and guided us through the process very quietly but efficiently.  It was very reassuring to have them there.  Please pass on our thanks.  The recommendation of celebrant Chris Price was perfect and we were very pleased that the service was conducted exactly as we wanted.
