At all times I found Pat, Carol and Reg extremely kind and sympathetic at what was a very sensitive time.  Reg was supportive without being intrusive and gave us the time and space we needed in which to say our final goodbyes. This was my first experience of needing the services of a Funeral Director and I found your staff very helpful both in terms of the advice they provided and in answering my many questions about registration, certification etc.  I will have no hesitation in recommending Lodge to others – and in fact have already done so to a friend.  So thank you employing such good quality staff
