Dear Jane, I simply wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, professionalism and kindness throughout the arrangements of my Mum’s funeral.  I don’t think you’ll ever know how much I appreciated your gentle approach, sensitivity and priceless advice. You’re so good at your job it’s untrue!! You made the most difficult time in my life that much easier.
