“I should like to express the family’s thanks and appreciation for the service provided by the Esher office of Lodge Brothers.  The funeral arrangements were impeccable, and the support provided by Sandra in the office for queries and last minutes panics was outstanding.  Robert Lodge was a tower of support, and calmness itself at the crematorium when I was delayed by traffic and arrived 5 minutes late for the funeral. He managed to hold proceedings for a few minutes until I arrived, and then proceeded as though nothing was amiss.
