I just wanted to write to express my sincere thanks for your hard work in arranging the funeral for my mother. The service went off without a hitch and the staff who attended the funeral were fantastic, especially your  conductor, Linda. Please pass on my thanks to all of them as all of you have made a very difficult time that bit easier to bear.
