Dear Neil,  Many thanks to you and your staff for the excellent service yesterday. Once again, I cannot fault the level of kindness and professionalism shown, especially by Jane in the office and Keith and his colleagues at the Crematorium.  We will be in touch in due course regarding the extra engraving on the headstone.
