The funeral was very well done, and I appreciated very much the quiet professionalism of all concerned. It is to be expected from an experienced team used to dealing with people in the strange and complex time of loss and grief that takes many forms.  It takes a certain kind of person to work in the service you provide, and there was a genuine kindness that made all the difference.
