I am writing to say a very big thank you to your staff

I am writing so say a very big thank you to your staff (Especially Mia and Quentin) for making the funeral for my dad very special.  Mia was exceptionally courteous and respectful in helping us with the arrangements and with mum and myself saying goodbye to Dad in the Chapel of Rest. She made everything much easier for us.  Quentin was wonderful on the funeral day, he made us all feel calm and made the day less worrying for us all. The drivers were very nice, making us all feel at ease and made the whole experience go as we had planned and made Dad’s send off, that much better.  Please thank all your staff and thank you for making everything so wonderful for us.
