I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the care and kindness you showed me and my family when organising *****’s funeral, it made a horrendous thing to do bearable.  Yesterday went like clockwork, everything was perfect and we were all treated so kindly by your team.  You will be forever in my thoughts.
