Dear Mr Lodge, I enclose my cheque in settlement your account and would like to add my thank. I have completed your questionnaire but would also like to tell you how careful your staff were with the arrangements and how much my family appreciate all the help given to us at the truly difficult time. The ladies in your office, Jackie and Jane were so very kind on each of our visits and guided us through everything, giving us time at every stage. Your staff at the actual funeral were all one could hope. Extremely courteous and very respectful. You can be justly proud of the all.
