A big thank you, everything ran so smoothly.

Dear Jane, Just to say a big thank you for everything you did in making our dad’s funeral a very special day.  Please can you pass on our thanks to Neil and also Paul and his staff  who looked after us last Friday.  He made us feel totally at ease on the biggest day of our lives and everything ran so smoothly.
