I wanted to say a big thank you to the team, the whole experience in dealing with my Dad’s passing was not how I originally thought it would be. From the very first contact, in the early hours of the morning, till today’s ceremony it was dealt with dignity, care and more importantly in my opinion, class of service. The service that you, Robert and the rest of the team gave was exemplary and made my life so much easier and being honest, more tolerable under the circumstances.
Please accept my sincere thanks and gratitude, as without yourselves, I’m not sure what would have happened.
