Dear Donna,
Our farewell to Dad on Wednesday was, personally, very sad and emotionally difficult, but was made that little bit easier to bear with the help of Duncan and the other gentlemen from Lodge Brothers, and, of course, all your assistance in the weeks before, helping us to prepare.
