Dear Annie,
We would like to thank you for all your hard work in arranging the beautiful service held for our Mum. You could not have chosen a better minister in Rev Derek Wensley. Although the service was only attended by the three of us, it was very moving and meant a lot to us. Keith was also kind and attentive to us on the day.
We cannot put into words how grateful we are to have met you, and for your attention to details from our first tearful meeting to when we said our final goodbyes. We knew Mum was in safe hands. You made sure that she was taken care of, in her best dress, pearls and wearing her favourite perfume. You comforted me when I came to see her, you helped us through a very sad and difficult time with great dignity, all of which is so very much appreciated.
