Dear Jackie, Thank you so much for arranging ******’s funeral. It was such a tricky situation but you made it as painless as it could be. You were so helpful and kind and I thank you enormously for that. We all felt the funeral was perfect regardless of the small numbers. It felt intimate and somehow very special.
