Dear Victoria,
I just wanted to thank you to all of your colleagues for looking after Dad up to and including the service. From our very first telephone conversation, you put me at ease, and your calm, caring and reassuring manner helped my sisters and I deal with the loss of our father by making the funeral arrangements as straight forward as possible. On the day, Reg was truly first class – totally professional, supportive and caring and the empathy he showed was genuine and heartfelt. Whilst I fully appreciate that this is something you all do every day, the support, encouragement and respect that you showed made us feel as though we were your only consideration.
Once again, a very big thank you to you, Reg and everyone else who was involved.
