I didn’t have any idea where to start when I came in to see you but I needn’t have worried. You guided us through the whole process with care and compassion, explaining anything and even helping us with the order of service. The day itself went smoothly and your gentlemen were so professional.
Since the service there have been one or two things I’ve needed advice on, and yet again nothing has been too much trouble for you. I really can’t thank you enough for making an incredibly tough situation so much easier.
