Dear Jo,
Thank you for all your help with the funeral arrangements it was very difficult for us all to agree about certain things but with your guidance we got there in the end and the day was a perfect tribute to my mum.  The gentlemen were so courteous and I thank them for taking mum to her old address on the way to the crematorium.  Best wishes and thanks again.
