We cannot thank you enough for all your help with arranging the funeral.  The family were so appreciative of you going to your office on your day off so that you could see Philip go past in the coach & horses, on his way to the crematorium.  The day was perfect and the bearers were so respectful.  The mourners thought the minister was a family friend as he talked of Phillip as if he knew him. Many thanks from all the family.
