I recently lost my partner J*****.  To be honest I was dreading the thought of arranging the funeral. I was recommended the services of Annie at Lodge Bros West Byfleet by the Manager at Oakcroft Nursing Home, West Byfleet.
Annie was a Godsend. Thoughtful, compassionate, articulate and very empathetic. Everything that I wanted was done on point! From the coffin to arranging the flowers, from the service programme to the organising of the service and seeing J* in the Chapel of Rest. The funeral day itself was made much more bearable by the care and professionalism of the pallbearers. Thank you Annie and your team for making this event a lot easier than I thought it would be.
