Dear Neil,
On behalf of the family, and my late mother, I’d like to pass on our huge gratitude to you and all your colleagues at Lodge Brothers & Monk for organising my mother’s funeral so beautifully. You were all so sensitive, yet so professional during the planning, and on the day, everything went perfectly. Keith and his team were an extremely reassuring presence yesterday.
