We’d had a pretty rough time with another funeral director, then a friend recommended that we should come in and see you instead. I’m so glad that we did, you have been wonderful and have taken us through the whole thing step by step; you just really got us! Of course we were sad, but we definitely didn’t want the funeral to be a sombre affair, but a celebration of a great life. You helped us do this and for that we are so grateful, thank you.
