I would like to thank you for the service you provided myself, my family and friends at this sad time.
I phoned Lodge Brothers at 3:30 in the morning, not sure if anyone would answer or what to expect. I needn’t have worried. The phone was answered by a very polite, helpful gentleman who told me what they could do to help and then arranged it.
I was contacted later the same day by Donna from their local branch who was really kind and empathetic, she helped me with everything. Nothing was too much trouble and if she said she would do something, it was done. Everyone I dealt with at Lodge Brothers was kind and polite, from the gentlemen who collected my husband’s body showing great respect, to Donna who arranged everything for me and Keith who acted as the Conductor at the funeral. I couldn’t have asked for anything better at such a difficult time.
