Dear Donna,
I am writing to say how grateful I am for the professional, compassionate and friendly manner Lodge Brothers dealt with my husband’s burial arrangements.
Right from the first visit you have been so understanding and supportive. I was always fully confident that whatever we discussed would be carried out to highest detail. Donna, you were especially sensitive and caring when myself, my daughter and her three children visited the chapel to say goodbye to “Grandpa”.
On the day of the funeral, Keith and his colleagues were extremely professional and Keith had rung me the day before and introduced himself on the day.
I cannot thank Lodge Brothers enough for their efficiency and the caring manner of all staff.
