I would like to express my gratitude and thanks for the caring, efficient, excellent way my husband’s funeral arrangements were handled.
Susan at your Hanworth branch was so kind and nothing was too much trouble for her. Made the whole procedure so much less painful, can’t thank her enough.
Also thank you to every other member of staff who all played their part in the smooth running of things.
I would also express my thanks to Mr Colin Irwin who did a brilliant summery of D**** and covered everything I wanted it was well received by all.
