Dear Annie, My family and I would like to thank you for all your kindness, and the caring way you dealt with the preparation for G*****’s funeral.  I am sure it was just as he would have chosen it to be. Could you please pass on my regards to Paul, and your drivers, who made sure we were all well looked after from the beginning until the end of what was a very difficult day for us all. Many thanks and best wishes.
