I would like to thank you for your kind and considerate handling of my mother’s funeral. It was a great comfort to know all the arrangements had been made on the day.
I would also like to thank Malcolm who did an outstanding job both before and on the day of the funeral. He showed empathy and genuine care and I cannot commend him highly enough.
