Dear Jackie and Colleagues,

Just a short note to thank you for all you did during the arrangements and conduct of my Dad’s funeral. Everything from the initial telephone call and our first meeting through to visiting Dad in the Chapel of Rest and the day of the funeral itself was done professionally with sensitivity and good humour. We had many favourable comments from those attending about the service, the internment and the funeral reception.
You all made a difficult time as ‘painless’ as possible.
