Dear Sir, I feel I must write to thank you for the exceptional service that you gave my cousin on the occasion of the funeral of her husband. From the outset of our dealings with you, we were treated with dignity and respect by Yvonne. The professionalism of your staff at the Crematorium led to a well organised and delightful service. We had many compliments from attendees and my cousin takes great comfort from this.
