Dear Yvonne and all the team,
Thank you so much for all the kindness and support you have shown me whilst arranging my Mum’s funeral. It can never be an easy task to organise a parent’s funeral, but you guided me through with kindness, patience and professionalism. On the day of the funeral I was in a bit of a daze but Paul and the team made sure everything went very smoothly. I am so grateful to you all.
