I am writing on behalf of my family to say thank you to you and your staff, for making what was for us a traumatic event, into something that was far less painful.

From the moment we entered the premises in Feltham we knew it was the correct choice, Dora is an absolute treasure, she was warm and welcoming, sympathetic and understanding but utterly professional and very knowledgeable. She ensured that our initial choices were carried out and gave us guidance and advice when we needed it.

On the day itself, David, made sure we knew what we were supposed to be doing and more importantly when; he was calm and professional but also completely “human” in his understanding of our distress and confusion; indeed without him we would have been shut out of house as none of us had any keys to get back in, such was our level of disorganisation. He was reassuring and ineffably kind and treated us all with the greatest respect.

My family and I have enormous gratitude to all your members of staff who showed us how to be dignified and respectful at this sad time.   I truly hope your establishment continues to flourish and grow and may you always be around to serve the citizens of Feltham.
