I felt I had to pen this note to say thank you so very much for your professional services and your kindness before and on the day of my Mum’s funeral.

The reverence and respect shown by your personnel who attended the funeral was exemplary and much appreciated by our family.

The solemnity you all exhibited in not only your actions but your words and conversations to and with us was indeed a comfort and very special.

I know its ‘your job’ but I felt you genuinely cared about us in a difficult time of grief…..hence this note
