I am writing to express my gratitude for the service that I received from your company. In particular your colleagues in Thames Ditton were excellent throughout the whole process. Every detail was thought about and arranged with such care and attention. Alistair Barrett gave an outstanding service, both in his professional manner and his personal qualities which conveyed both vocation and dedication to his work. The funeral service yesterday was a fine tribute to all those that were there involved in the arrangements and conducting. I too appreciate the manner in which Linda and her colleagues attending, conducting themselves in a sensitive, sincere and dignified way which gave both me and my son comfort and courage before, during and after the service. Thank you for all that your company and staff have given.
