I just wanted to call and thank you Annie, everything went so well on the day, your team were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were so helpful and polite, and they did a marvelous job. The flowers we ordered for the coffin were so beautiful and the addition of the pale pink roses that she loved made it very special. Thank you so much and your staff for looking after our father and the whole proceedings so well last week. Everyone was so kind and caring at a difficult time for us all.

Thank you so much for arranging the celebrant Colin, he was wonderful, everyone said it was a lovely service.  It all went really well and thank you for making it so easy for us when we came in to make the arrangements, it made such a difference.
