Thank you for your kind condolences at an ever difficult time for those left behind. The pain and sadness, however, was eased by the professional and sympathetic attention of your staff, of whom Annie and your pall bearers should receive special attention.

So what has been traumatic for me after well over forty-eight years of a blissful union, was turned into a funeral and farewell, much praised by over two hundred who attended

Thank you Annie for your care and help. It all went so well on the day, the church service was lovely and nearly all the choir turned up for us and they were wonderful. Your men led by Paul the conductor were so professional  and lovely and Paul was so caring and helpful and really guided us and helped us through it all. Thank you once again.

Annie I had to say thank you! It was all so lovely! Your men wearing their gold ties were wonderful and the conductor Xenos was fabulous. The coffin was fantastic and the flowers too. It could not have been more perfect. I’m sure R****** would have approved. I cannot thank you enough. I’m going to tell all my friends that Lodge Brothers are the only people to use.

I just wanted to say ‘thank you’ to you Annie and thank you for the excellent service provided by Lodge Brothers at B’s funeral. From start to finish the compassionate way you handled every need. I know it’s your job but I do feel that you went the extra mile.

Although it was such a sad day, it was made to feel a memorable day. I hope B was watching from above and thinking “we did good”

I wanted to call and thank you for the lovely note with the before and after photos that you sent to me, it was really kind of you. I went with my grandson to see the memorial and I couldn’t believe it, it looked like new! Your men have done a fantastic job. I now know why I had to sign so much paperwork and why it took a while, I am really pleased with it.

The funeral went exceptionally well and your mens’ attention to detail was fantastic, it was a lovely service. Thank you for all you have done and your support.
