I cannot state how much Annie helped me and my family with everything from taking my husband to the day of the funeral. Annie helped with the Minister, the Order of Service and her recommendations were exactly the people we needed. Nothing too much trouble and always ready to listen.

Dear Annie

My son and I would like to thank you so much for your invaluable help in arranging a Memorial Service for my son’s wife who died recently in New Zealand.

The service was held in a community hall in Godalming. Diana’s mother read a testament about Diana’s life (via a recording from NZ) and a letter was read out from the recipient of her donated liver.

My daughter-in-law had family here in the UK and I think we managed a respectful and solemn occasion, but also a chance for family and friends to reminisce and catch up with people not seen for many years.

Thank you Annie, it went very well although we were almost down to single figures due to people unable to make it because of the snow. It was a nice little service, your chaps were very professional and helpful. I cannot thank you enough

I am writing, very belatedly for which I apologise, on behalf of my brother and sister, to thank you for the impeccable service provided by your firm in respect of my father’s funeral last month. It could not have been handled in a more sensitive, or dignified way – something my father, a retired military man, would also have appreciated.
In this respect I would particularly like to thank Annie Mackender and Keith Hopkins, who looked after us all at the funeral itself, for everything that they did for us. I should also add that both were exemplary in dealing with my late mother’s funeral 18 months ago.

Hi Annie, The day could not have been better and your conductor Paul Bye and his men were marvellous. They looked after us so well and never rushed us or our friends and relatives when we came out of the chapel. Marion the celebrant did a very good job and we got on very well with her, it really was a lovely service. Thank you for your help.
