The day was perfect, lovely weather and in spite of very short notice i.e. one week you were able to fit the funeral in. The team came across as very sincere and genuine, and they didn’t over play anything – all was beautiful with a lot of compassion.

I just wanted to thank you on behalf of our family for all your help with the arrangements for the cremation of my sister.  Everything worked perfectly (except the weather); the music was definitely the right choice.   Thank you again from all of us.

Thank you so much Annie for all the help and support that you have given us and for suggesting Reverend Malcolm Johnson take the service, he was wonderful and it meant so much to us that he came to the Chapel of rest the day before the funeral to give a blessing to *****, he was so kind and his words were a great comfort to the family.

I would like to thank everyone, the staff on the day, the bearers were wonderful, kind and caring and dignified.

The lady conductor Linda was marvellous and chatted to us putting us at ease and did a splendid job, so professional.  It was a very good funeral if one can say that.
