Annie, I just had to call to say thank you, it all went so well.  Keith the conductor and the men were absolutely wonderful they did a marvellous job and were so warm and caring. When we got to Randalls Park and met the minister we waited outside of the chapel and when the hearse arrived and your men stepped out the minister said that we had the ‘A’ team, how right he was.  From the moment that we met the minister Reverend Derek Wensley we liked him and he had so much in common with my father and ourselves, he gave a wonderful service.  Everything went so well and the way we wished and the flowers were beautiful too.

Annie, Many thanks for all your help in arranging mum’s funeral.  We were very impressed with your professional and dignified approach to it all.

Dear Annie

I would like to thank all of you at Lodge Brothers for helping me to tailor the funeral into a fabulous day; that is what it was, full of joy and laughter, accompanying the obvious sorrow.  You must all be very special and understanding, as you have to be able to cater to any type of funeral, and most importantly, not judge but to offer advice and guidance where appropriate.  As a result, we (myself, children & ****’s friends) were able to do everything exactly as we wanted, and there is not a single aspect where I wish it could have been different.  The music was brilliant and worked well; it brought the mood up.  Vivienne was brilliant, and your men were nothing short of totally amazing. Neil sorted out the music.  If we were going to have such a day, it was the way to do it.

I just had to come in to say thank you for all your help and understanding.  It all went wonderfully, lots of our friends commented on it afterwards. The minister Derek Wensley was lovely and just right for us and did such a good job.  Your men were so professional please give them and Keith the conductor our thanks

Dear Annie, Just a note to say thank you so much again for all of your help and advice in organising Mum’s funeral – it went without a hitch and was a lovely celebration thank you.  The flowers you suggested were beautiful and she would have loved them so thank you again.  I will be writing to Mr Lodge to convey just how wonderful you were – and everyone that made the day go so well.

John and Reg were so kind, thoughtful and caring in every way and we felt that our mother was in very safe, caring hands with Lodge Brothers.
